Can't wait for Wakfu!

Right now I'm playing a game called Dofus, it's a flash based game with really itybity sprites, not very impressive graphic-wise but it's kind of fun to play. This is a small little something of one of their classes. I really want to complete this picture later and make it a wallpaper for Dofus. I'm looking forward to their expansion because it looks like it will be pretty impressive, with bigger sprites (thank goodness) and just as much fun. We shall see..

But I still wish i could make the pictures align next to each other horizontally. =( The above picture is of my Phantasy Star universe character named Atas Q. I may redraw it later. So busy with other side projects. I need more time in my day XD.

Meh, Ah well...

Things are a bit complicated, I was unable to put the Free running piece in because I was unable to get it to print on the paper I wanted. I didn't have too much time to get to kinko's. Overtime also prevented me from getting the the opening art show but meh. One does what they can. The above work is going to be a 20hr work in progress, I hope I can get a bit more detail in this one and maybe have it finished in 2-3 weeks. I also plan on working and coloring other little things on the side. Bit by bit it is coming along. =D

Possible piece for May 5th art show.

I actually added a few more elements to this work, unfortunately the file is a wee too big to put it up, but I am very happy with this work. Always good to try something new. I am actually starting to do this activity myself and am having fun. =) It is always good to have a good support of people and friends to help you work and inspire.

Aaaack!! So hard XD

To update once a week or even everyother day. But I swear I have a bunch of work. Man this month went by fast. I'll post a couple of more practice stuff. Been using open canvas and trying to get used to exploring the brushes. Another art show will be coming on May 5th at Cal state fullerton. I will have at least 1 piece, would have liked two but meh, still getting used to just trying to finish work after working on it for 6-7 hours, or more. We shall see..

for those who will be unable to go, the above piece will be in teh dope show. =D I'll probably post directions and stuff later...ya. And this is the main reason I havn't posted once per day cause it took me 5 days (each 2hrsI) to work on it. So I'm pretty proud.

A good friend to talk to. =) Well I was able to help paint on a mural for Art's week at Cal state fullerton. Unfortunately I was unable to paint the following piece as it was a random collab. that day. I'll post the pictures concerning it later.

Does it look like improvement?

Taking me some time to get used to coloring again, i'm using open canvas 4.5, which I like very much! I may just buy the program, it's a lot easier on my laptop than photoshop, although ps has its very good points as well. Bah! I really really want to place another picture besides the one above, but it puts in on top instead of besides it. One day i'll get used to this thing. The above took me about 45min-1hr. Practice practice

So after some time I have finally decided to make a blog of my drawing adventures. This should be a bit easier to get to than my deviantart page, which may have some lag and slow down on most computers. For starters let's get you some funny animation and possibly a few sketches. I will also try to update this tonight with some more work. I will aim for at least 5 days a week, starting now. =)
